Maha Shivratri
Part of The Journey · 2025

A night-long vigil of abhishek, meditation, and chanting in honour of Lord Shiva.
Maha Shivratri is observed through the night with unbroken remembrance.
Held at the Ashaeiynn Meditation Centre in Hisar on 26 February 2025, the observance brought together devotees, volunteers, and well-wishers from across the region. The morning opened with preparation of the sacred space and a collective sankalp (intention) for the day.
Through the hours that followed, the sangha moved together through ritual, chanting, and stillness — each stage documented here as part of the Foundation’s living archive. Seva (selfless service) ran quietly alongside the ceremony, from the kitchen to the grounds.
As the day drew to a close, offerings were made and prasad shared in the community bhandara. Maha Shivratri stands as one more chapter in the Ashaeiynn Foundation’s continuing journey of devotion, service, and remembrance.
